Anabel Medina Garrigues and Sorana Cirstea win Estoril Open doubles title

Cirstea and Anabel Medina Garrigues defeated Vitalia Diatchenko and Aurélie Védy, 61 75, in the final of the Estoril Open to win their first title together. This was third Tour doubles title for Cirstea and 14th for Medina Garrigues.

"I'm really happy to win the Estoril Open," Cirstea said. "It was really weird conditions here with it raining all morning and us changing venues, but I want to thank Anabel for playing with me. We make a really good team!"

"It has been a good two weeks for me, winning the doubles in Fès and now here in Estoril," Medina Garrigues said. "I'm very happy to have won with Sorana. I haven't had a great start to the year, so these titles really help my confidence."
