Ana Ivanovic hires Craig Kardon as a full-time coach

Ana has hired American Craig Kardon as her full-time coach on a permanent basis. The pair started to work together at Barclays Dubai Tennis Championships and worked together during a trial period over the past six weeks.

“I have enjoyed working with Craig,” said Ana. “He’s a very nice guy and I am a fan of his coaching philosophy. I feel like I already improved some areas of my game and I’m excited to work with him in the future.”

Kardon, who is the former coach of eighteen-time Grand Slam champion Martina Navratilova, Lindsay Davenport, Mary Pierce, Jennifer Capriati and Xavier Malisse, will train with Ana in Europe ahead of the clay court season.
