Jelena Jankovic has completed her preparation for the Masters in Doha (Qatar) in the Ciutat Esportiva Camilo Cano La Nucia. JJ has trained there for 6 days at the sports center nuciero.
Jankovic made the kick-off of honor for the soccer match between La Nucia C.F. and Castellon B.
Before the match started, Jelena Jankovic and her coach Ricardo Sanchez received a plaque from Bernabe Cano, mayor of La Nucia, as gratitude for choosing La Nucia to prepare for the year-end championship in Doha.
"I think there is a Jelena Jankovic before and after the U.S. Open. There has been a big evolution in my game and I hope to be at very high level in Doha," said JJ.
"I'm very happy for achieving the number one, because it was my goal since I got into the hands of Ricardo Sanchez," she said.
Here is what JJ said at the press confrence, but it's in Spanish.
