RAFAEL NADAL: The match of today? Well, happy, no? I play a very good match. Very happy because I am playing close to my best level. So I beat against very tough player like Andreev, no?
Very happy. He start playing very, very hard, very good I think. I was there, try my best all the time. I play very, very well.
Q. Do you feel like this is the best you've played on hard courts?
RAFAEL NADAL: I am playing very well, no?
Q. Right now in your game, not necessarily today.
RAFAEL NADAL: I am playing very well. I don't know if I am playing my best game on hard court. I have very good results in the past on hard court, too.
Q. What do you think about your next opponent, Jurgen Melzer? Do you know anything about him?
RAFAEL NADAL: Well, sure, I know him, no? He's a good player, a very good player. I never play against him.
Gonna be always a tough match, no? He's an aggressive player. He goes to the net. Good serve. He didn't give me a lot of rhythm. He didn't give me a lot of rhythm, so gonna be tough.
My goal is try to continuing playing like this, like today and yesterday, no?
Q. What you go on court now, the way you've played this year, do you believe you can win every match? Do you expect to win? What are your feelings?
RAFAEL NADAL: The same like always, no? My feeling is go on court and try to play my best tennis all the time, try my best. I know if I am playing well, I have chances for win a lot of matches. If I am playing bad, I have little bit less chances, no?
I don't know. I go on court like always I did, just with having good confidence in me, no?
Q. You have doubles again later tonight. What are you going to do between now and then? How does it affect the way you manage a tournament, playing doubles as well?
RAFAEL NADAL: Well, I gonna play a tough doubles against Guccione and Hewitt. They play well. I gonna eat something. I didn't eat much before the match, so I have hungry.
