Zvonareva easily moves into semifinals in Prague

Top-seeded Vera Zvonareva cruised into the semifinals of the Prague Open by defeating unseeded Roberta Vinci 6-1, 6-2 on Friday.
The 13th-ranked Zvonareva, who is seeking her first WTA Tour title this year, will meet fourth-seeded Katarina Srebotnik. She needed three sets to defeat Iveta Benesova 7-5, 4-6, 6-2.

Also, seventh-seeded Klara Zakopalova upset second-seeded Shahar Peer of Israel 7-6 (5), 6-2. Zakopalova will face third-seeded Victoria Azarenka, who knocked out Czech wild card Karolina Pliskova 6-2, 6-1.
